We carry our Spanish Certified translations, which are sworn translations produced by Spanish Certified Translator who has been duly authorised by the Spanish Foreign Ministry (Ministerio Español de Asuntos Exteriores) to act as a Notary, swearing a public oath to the veracity of the translated document. All certified translations are delivered with the seal and signature of the Certified Translator.
A Spanish Certified Translator translates from Spanish into English or from English into Spanish official documents that may need to be produced before Public Administrations, Courts and Universities such as affidavits, marriage certificates, legal rulings, official diplomas or titles.
Certified translations are guaranteed against mistakes and cannot be in any way modified by the client. In this case, the client cannot make any suggestions as regards to terminology or vocabulary used in the translated document.
A Certified or sworn translation means that the translator has provided a written statement declaring that the translation is true and accurate to the best of his or her knowledge. As well as certification, we can also arrange for notarisation and swearing of affidavits.
All Certified Translation must bear the sworn translator’s seal and signature.
